Vista System Recovery Options -> Command Prompt
-> copy MbrFix from thumb drive to hard drive (64 bit version of course)
-> cross fingers
-> MbrFix /drive 0 savembr Backup_MBR.bin
-> MbrFix /drive 0 fixmbr /vista /yes
-> Reboot ->

SUCCESS!
